Here is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative and forward thinking Financial Services firm that is looking to complement their digital team. They are currently seeking a strong Digital Producer to assist with analyzing business requirements and UI designs and translating these into effective solutions in the CMS system – Alterian Content Manager (ACM).
Primary focus:
- Analyse and provide feedback on business requirements and user interface designs for new initiatives
- Develop effective ACM designs and configuration specifications for new ACM
initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the major accountabilities above
- Create an ACM Configuration Document (ACMCD) for each initiative and conduct walkthroughs with business stakeholders and IT to refine and finalise the proposed approach
- Create site structure and other business configuration as required in ACM Test environments and conduct thorough functional testing to ensure item types and templates meet the specifications in the ACMCD and are delivering the desired business outcomes
- Work with the Website Testing Team to develop test plans and test cases and provide support to them during their test cycle including defect resolution in conjunction with IT
Qualifications for the role are:
- 5+ years working in Web Content Management in large organisations
- Strong understanding of web based sales, customer centered design principles and online technologies including mobile
- Demonstrated experience in managing technology partnerships to evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions and achieve business outcomes
- Project management and solution development experience/training
- Proven communication and influencing skills
